Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing the delivery of VMware NSX and SDN services within the organization. This position ensures timely resolution of escalations, adherence to service level agreements, and the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and optimizing service delivery through innovative solutions and effective management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Revenue Generation By Leveraging Vmware Nsx And Sdn Capabilities, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals And Service Offerings.
2. Manage Escalation Processes By Coordinating With Teams To Ensure All Tasks And Crisis Situations Are Resolved Within Established Sla Norms, Enhancing Operational Effectiveness.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring That Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow), Maintaining Quality And Compliance.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks That Enhance Service Delivery And Client Engagement.
5. Lead The Implementation Of Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) By Identifying Opportunities For Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives, Contributing To Overall Operational Efficiency.
Skill Requirements
1. Expert Knowledge Of Vmware Nsx And Sdn Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Service Level Agreements (Sla) And Operational Metrics.
3. Proven Ability To Manage Escalations And Drive Timely Resolutions.
4. Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
5. Strong Analytical Skills For Report Validation And Operational Hygiene.
Other Requirements
1. Vmware Certified Professional (Vcp) Optional But Valuable.
2. Itil Foundation Certification Optional But Valuable
