Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Tower Crane Operator

to join our team for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating tower cranes while coordinating lifts as a signalman.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate tower cranes to lift and transport materials to upper floors of high-rise buildings. Conduct routine pre-operation and post-operation inspections to ensure the crane is in safe working condition. Ensure correct rigging of loads and verify load weights before lifting. Maintain strict compliance with all safety protocols, particularly when operating at heights. Work closely with supervisors and ground crew to coordinate lifting operations. Ensure optimal crane positioning and load distribution to prevent accidents

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

4 years of experience

operating tower cranes on high-rise construction sites. Valid

Tower Crane Operator

certifications. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Physical ability to work at significant heights and in varying weather conditions. Solid understanding of load charts, lifting techniques, and safety procedures.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
