:- Heading the marketing & sales division.
- Independently devising strategy for marketing & sales function for EOT crane across the southern India.
- New business development & achieve established business targets.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Closure of business deals and the co-ordination required thereof.
- Keeping close track of competitors\xe2\x80\x99 advantages, disadvantages, costing and appraising the management.
- Suggesting necessary changes to the marketing strategy for capturing market share.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of the company. Adept at understanding interdependent relationships between technical and business issues.
- Organizing and participating in major events on behalf of the company and continuously improving & developing market communication tools (viz. brochures, catalogues, product information on website etc.)
