JOB DESCRIPTION

SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role holder will be responsible for checking & verifying of all types civil and finishing works and ensuring that all Contractual terms are been implemented / attended. The role holder will be working on Along with multi- Disciplinary Vendors in high rise residential/Mixed use Development projects,with necessary Infrastructure Establishments viz; UGT, Substation and Misc. Infra works.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Final checking & verifying of all types civil and finishing works and ensuring that all Contractual terms are been implemented / attended.
Co-ordination with Consultants for smooth progress of works and timely resolving of drawing issues.
Co- ordination with various contractors at appropriate time for project works
Co- ordination with internal departments for smooth handling of various work fronts and material issues.
Certifications of Contractors claim & Bills, BBS ,measurement sheets etc
Certification of Reconciliations claimed by contractor.
MIS reporting - daily, weekly & monthly reports etc.
Coordination with MEP Team for the work front at various stages.
Leading and Guiding the Junior Site team for Progress of works.
Identifying and reporting the bottle necks of the project well in advance to Management
Completion of all Activities as scheduled
Maintaining best in quality in execution , avoiding any reworks
Prior Intimation to Contracts/Procurement team regarding requirement of Contractor/Material as per the construction schedule and site requirement.
External Audits of Quality and Safety
Maintaining Proper documents regarding Consultant reports, Liasoning Certificates, Quality Reports and Safety Reports.

Completion of Milestones within Schedule
- Speed- Aggressive timelines for project completion
- Scrutinize drawing and co-ordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors if found any query.
- Execution of various Civil activities including structures.
- Create work front to all vendors.
- Quantity survey for required work and raise indent.
- Responsibility of all civil and finishing work to complete within timeline and with good quality.
- Certifying contractor bills.
- Handling all junior level staff and facilitate them timely completion of project through planning and monitoring.
- To lay down methodology for project execution,along with QMS.
- To co-ordinate with different contractors and agencies to maintain & improve quality of construction work.
- Checking of submittals, methodology of various activities submitted by contractor.
- Maintain necessary records and documentation.

Quality & Safety Compliances including Green Building
- Best in Quality in workmanship and materials and no rework
- Proper documentation of Test Reports of all Materials, concrete etc
- Ensure that all requirement of IGBC gold rated green buildings are implemented
- Explore energy saving/water saving methods are implemented for the project.
- Third Party Audit by our Architects/Consultants once in 6th Months
- Monitoring site and instruct to all stake holders regarding safety of labours while working.
- Identify critical activities on site which is not safe and do proper arrangement of safety to avoid accidents.
- Inspection of site activities and any discrepancies noticed shall be bought to the notice of senior for remedial action.
- Maintain quality as per standard.
- Inspection of quality and safety

Billing, SAP Work and Cost Saving in Execution
- Certifying contractors bill.
- Raising PR, Service entries in SAP. Material reservation in SAP.
- Proper Consumption of Steel & RMC
- Wastage of Tiles etc. within design wastage
-Preparation of MTO For various Activity Viz , FACADE GLAZING , Aluminium Windows .etc.

Coordination with Liaison, contracts, design and finance to ensure seamless flow of work.
- Clear and regular communication with external consultants.
- Regular update with inhouse departmental HODs
- Maintain or report permission drawing register upto date
- Inform respective departments well in advance about the requirement of the site.
- Certifying contractors bill.
- Quantity surveying of various civil and finishing activities for ordering process.
- Raising PR, Service entries in SAP. Material reservation in SAP. 10%

Technical & Professional Knowledge required

(What someone NEEDS TO KNOW) Should have worked on Aluminium Formwork. MS office
Should have experience in AutoCAD, SAP, Microsoft Project( not compulsory)
Experience required

(What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE) Must be BE Civil with 16-20 years of expeirence
Should have handled G+ 35 minimum from excavation to hand over
