Job Description

1. Sales & Booking:

Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Focus on flights from the US/Canada to India. Offer competitive fare options and travel packages.

2. Customer Service:

Understand client needs and suggest the best travel solutions. Build trust and provide fast, helpful support throughout the booking process

3. Use of Booking Tools:

Work on GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to book and issue tickets. Manage changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed.

4. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets. Follow up with potential clients to close deals.

5. Travel Knowledge:

Stay updated on airline routes, fare rules, visa and travel policies for India. Help customers with baggage, seat selection, and special requests.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
