Bharat Caravans is an online caravan booking company promoting rural and eco-tourism in India. We offer motorhomes for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups, providing a unique, comfortable, and immersive travel experience while encouraging sustainable tourism.
Position Summary:
Drive revenue growth by promoting Bharat Caravans' rental services to prospective clients via outbound calls, building relationships, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to leads from website, social media, referrals, etc.
Promote caravan rental services professionally and persuasively.
Generate and update leads in the CRM system.
Qualify leads, address customer needs, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Gather market feedback to support marketing strategies.
Report daily/weekly call and sales activity to the sales manager.
Participate in training and contribute to improving sales scripts and engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate preferred; diploma or degree in business/marketing a plus.
Prior telesales experience in travel & tourism or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of travel itineraries and tourism products advantageous.
Excellent verbal & written communication, persuasive skills, and CRM proficiency.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
