This role involves handling tour packages, bookings, client interactions, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and sell domestic and international tour packages
Handle flight, hotel, visa, transport, and holiday package bookings
Interact with customers to understand travel needs and provide suitable solutions
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transporters, and other service providers
Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance
Manage inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Prepare itineraries, quotations, invoices, and travel documents
Ensure timely follow-up and post-travel customer support
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and government travel regulations
