We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused
Tours & Travel Agent
to join our team in Ambala. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with travel booking platforms, tour package planning, and excellent communication & convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and customize domestic and international tour packages as per client requirements.
Handle flight, train, hotel, and travel ticket bookings.
Manage visa processing support (if applicable).
Use travel tools, portals, and software for booking and itinerary preparation.
Advise customers on travel destinations, routes, and accommodation.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-booking support.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, hotels, and travel partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in tours & travel industry.
Strong knowledge of
travel booking tools/portals
.
Must know
tour & travel packages
, pricing, and itinerary planning.
Proficiency in
ticket booking
(flights/trains/hotels).
Graduation
required (any stream).
Excellent
communication skills
--both verbal and written.
Strong
convincing and customer-handling skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings at a time.
Preferred Qualities
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Customer service-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
