Handle client interactions and queries related to Tourist Visa applications.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
Efficiently manage client relationships & queries through phone, email, and in-person. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Organizational skills.
Good knowledge of computers and related processes.
Thorough knowledge of Tourist Visa Processing.
At least one year of experience in the same field.
