Job Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.

Familiarity with outbound calling and tele-sales techniques is preferred.

Fresher's could also apply for the same.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.

Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.

Sales Acumen:

Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate product or service features and benefits.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Focus:

Customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
