Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on tour guiding techniques Teach about heritage sites, local history, cultural etiquette, and tourist safety Develop curriculum and training materials Train on soft skills such as storytelling, communication, and customer service Conduct mock guiding tours and assessments Guide trainees on professional ethics and emergency protocols Keep updated with tourism trends and new destinations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, History, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Proven work experience as a Tourist Guide or Trainer (2+ years preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of local culture, geography, and heritage Ability to inspire and lead groups
