Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, coordinate, and manage travel itineraries and tour packages based on client requirements. Liaise with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other vendors to arrange and confirm bookings. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and ensure value for customers and the company. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Ensure all bookings and services comply with relevant travel regulations and company policies. Monitor travel arrangements to ensure timely execution and address any issues or disruptions. Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, payments, and other operational data. Provide real-time support to travelers during their trips in case of emergencies or changes. Support the finance team in processing invoices, reconciling payments, and tracking expenses. Assist in evaluating service quality by collecting feedback and resolving customer complaints. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational improvement. Stay updated with travel trends, destination regulations, and supplier offerings.


Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a travel operations or tour coordination role. Strong understanding of travel logistics, booking systems (e.g., GDS, CRM), and vendor management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office and travel-related software/tools. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.

Salary:

Rs.40000/- to Rs.60000/- + Travel Allowance + Incentives (Performance)
