Provide accurate information about domestic and international tour packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain client records and update lead status regularly.
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth booking execution.
Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales and call targets as assigned.
