Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable packages.
Assist in designing and promoting customized holiday itineraries.
Support daily sales operations and maintain customer databases.
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and destination partners for smooth execution.
Participate in social media promotions and lead follow-ups.
Help create travel content, offers, and presentations for clients.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for travel and tourism.
Basic knowledge of travel destinations in India & abroad.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and online research.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-6 months internship or project experience
in a related field (Tourism, Sales, or Marketing).
Candidates with academic background
in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management preferred.
Prior experience in client communication or sales support is a plus.
