lead the research, development, and execution of global travel products
from our offshore team.
Position Summary
We are looking for
highly experienced Tourism Product Development Executives
to join our remote India-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end development of holiday packages
, vendor engagement, pricing, and collaboration with international sales and marketing teams. This is a
core backend role
that shapes the heart of what we sell.
Key Responsibilities
Global Holiday Research & Product Innovation
Research trending destinations and curate unique holiday experiences across UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Identify gaps and develop niche products like cruises, wellness retreats, heritage circuits, luxury trains, and themed tours.
Itinerary & Package Creation
Design day-wise itineraries with precision, combining accommodation, transfers, activities, sightseeing, and local experiences.
Ensure itineraries are balanced, logistically sound, and tailored to target customer segments.
DMC & Supplier Coordination
Build and manage partnerships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), cruise consolidators, hotels, and local operators.
Obtain B2B rates, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely communication for inventory and availability.
Pricing & Profitability
Develop detailed costing sheets, margin structures, and final B2C/B2B pricing across packages.
Work with finance and marketing teams to keep offerings competitive and scalable.
Content & System Collaboration
Provide well-structured data and media (images, inclusions, exclusions, terms) for use on websites, brochures, and CRM.
Coordinate with digital, social, and SEO teams to launch products online.
Sales Enablement
Brief sales teams on new product launches, key USPs, destination highlights, and selling points.
Assist in custom package requests and pre-sale documentation support.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in tourism product development or contracting.
Strong portfolio in building international leisure or luxury travel products.
Proven relationships with global DMCs, hoteliers, cruise providers, and activity operators.
Solid knowledge of global travel geography, logistics, and cultural nuances.
Proficiency in
Excel
, pricing sheets, and content documentation tools.
Exposure to travel CRMs, APIs, GDS (optional but preferred).
Excellent English communication - written and verbal.
Ability to work remotely with accountability, ownership, and delivery mindset.
Willingness to work in overlapping hours with UK-based teams (partial UK shift).
