Role Overview



The

Operations Manager

will be responsible for overseeing

end-to-end tour operations

- from itinerary design and vendor negotiations to execution and customer support. This role requires strong expertise in handling

corporate group tours, FIT (Free Individual Traveler) packages, and incentive travel

across multiple destinations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Execution



Plan, manage, and execute

domestic and international itineraries

for corporate groups, delegations, and individual clients. Handle

end-to-end logistics

including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, insurance, and local activities. Ensure itineraries are

practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations

.

Vendor & Partner Management



Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across

Asia, Europe, and domestic destinations

. Negotiate contracts with

DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport operators

to secure the best rates and service quality. Ensure vendor SLAs (timeliness, service quality, cost efficiency) are consistently met.

Client & Group Handling



Serve as the primary operational contact for

corporate clients, incentive tours, and leisure travelers

. Manage

group coordination on the ground

, ensuring smooth execution and addressing last-minute changes. Collect

post-tour feedback

and implement improvements for future trips.

Process & Quality Control



Standardize operating procedures for

bookings, confirmations, documentation, and payments

. Monitor

service quality and risk management

, proactively resolving issues. Work with sales and product teams to ensure operational feasibility of packages sold.

Team & Financial Oversight



Mentor and guide operations staff to deliver

error-free execution and client satisfaction

. Track budgets, costs, and margins to ensure profitability on each package. Support management in

forecasting demand and capacity planning

.

What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills



5-8 years' experience in

tour/travel operations

(corporate groups + FIT packages). Strong knowledge of

Asia and Europe travel segments

, along with domestic travel trends. Proven ability in

vendor negotiations, cost control, and crisis management

. Experience handling

MICE / corporate incentive tours

will be an added advantage.

Technical Proficiency



Comfortable using

GDS / booking engines, CRM tools, and MS Office

. Exposure to

itinerary planning software

and tech-driven booking platforms.

Other Qualities



Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple priorities. Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus. Flexibility to

travel when required

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
