Job Summary

A Tourism Manager is responsible for planning, promoting, and managing tourism services and activities to attract visitors, ensure customer satisfaction, and increase tourism revenue. They coordinate with travel agents, hotels, government bodies, and tour operators to deliver high-quality travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage

tourism programs, tours, and travel packages

Promote destinations through

marketing and promotional campaigns

Coordinate with

hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and travel agencies

Ensure excellent

customer service and visitor satisfaction

Manage

budgets, bookings, and tour operations

Supervise staff and tour guides Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints Monitor tourism trends and develop new tourism ideas Ensure compliance with

safety, legal, and tourism regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Tourism Management, Hospitality, or Business

Experience in

tourism, travel, or hospitality industry

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of

travel planning and destination management

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in

MS Office and booking systems

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Foreign language skills Digital marketing or social media knowledge Experience in

international tourism or eco-tourism
