Coordinate and execute travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing).
Plan and customize domestic and international tour itineraries as per client requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation for travel: tickets, visas, insurance, confirmations, etc.
Monitor real-time tour operations and resolve on-ground issues proactively.
B. Client Servicing
Handle client queries (pre-booking and post-booking) promptly and professionally.
Provide consultation to clients regarding travel requirements, destinations, packages, and pricing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback.
C. Vendor Management
Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and other service providers for bookings and coordination.
Negotiate rates and secure competitive deals for the company and its clients.
Maintain and update vendor database.
D. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain records for bookings, cancellations, client feedback, and complaints.
Create MIS reports for sales, operations, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Ensure all travel-related documents are filed systematically and accessible when required
