Promote and sell UP pilgrim packages (Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Mathura, etc.) to B2B and B2C clients.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
Convert leads to bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build relationships with travel agents, religious institutions, and community groups.
Operations Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end travel operations including hotel bookings, transportation, local guides, and meals.
Liaise with vendors, hotels, and service providers across UP pilgrimage destinations.
Ensure timely documentation, confirmations, and communication with clients before and during the trip.
Handle tour logistics, departures, and address any issues or emergencies during travel.
Manage budgets, invoices, and payments in coordination with the finance team.
Customer Experience:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain high satisfaction and repeat business by ensuring smooth and safe pilgrimages.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
2-5 years of experience in sales/operations in domestic tourism
Experience in handling pilgrim tours is a strong advantage
