Job Summary

The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy of the travel agency. This role focuses on revenue growth, client acquisition, key account management, team leadership, and expanding market presence across leisure, corporate, and group travel segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels Drive sales for leisure travel, corporate travel, MICE, and group tours

Team Leadership



Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance Set sales targets, KPIs, and incentive plans Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations

Client & Account Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporates, and agents Handle high-value negotiations and contract closures Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business

Marketing & Collaboration



Work closely with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior Support brand positioning and visibility in the travel market

Reporting & Analysis



Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Forecast sales revenue and manage budgets Use CRM tools to monitor leads, conversions, and customer retention
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
