Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound and inbound sales calls
to promote domestic & international tour packages
Handle
tour sales calling
, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into bookings
Understand customer travel needs and
recommend suitable tour packages
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the operations team after sales closure
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience strictly in Tour Sales (Mandatory)
Strong experience in
tour sales calling & tele-sales
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Comfortable working with CRM or lead management systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
