Work Modes Available



Full-Time (On-site) - Office at Aluva, Kochi

Part-Time (Flexible Hours) - Remote or On-site

Hybrid - Split between home and office based on role needs

Remote - Available for experienced candidates outside Kochi with proven travel operations background

Experience 1- 3+ years of experience in the tourism industry

Salary ?20,000 - ?35,000/month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives

What You'll Do



Tour planning, guided tours, and tour management

Creating itineraries and managing client communications-

Handling B2B, B2C, and B2B2C operations- Promoting tourism destinations and attractions

Talk to clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

Create customized domestic & international holiday packages

Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and local transport

Keep records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM

Follow up with leads to build relationships and close bookings

Handle travel queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Coordinate with vendors and partners for smooth B2B & B2C operations

Maintain client database for follow-ups and repeat business

Support with itinerary planning and provide end-to-end assistance

Work with the marketing team on promotions and sales strategies

What We're Looking For



Strong sales and communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)

Passion for travel and sharing holiday experiences with clients

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Comfortable using computers and mobile apps (Email, Excel, WhatsApp, booking tools)

Qualifications



Graduate in any stream (Tourism/Hospitality preferred)

Freshers with genuine interest in travel & tourism are welcome
