Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
Tour Executive (Domestic & International)
to join our team. The role involves planning and managing both domestic and international tour packages, coordinating with vendors, handling client queries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute customized
domestic and international
tour packages for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local operators, DMCs, and other vendors worldwide.
Handle bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and documentation for both domestic and international travel.
Assist clients with
visa guidance, travel insurance, and related formalities
.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, prepare quotations and itineraries, and ensure smooth end-to-end travel management.
Monitor and resolve client concerns before, during, and after travel to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Stay updated on
domestic travel trends, international travel advisories, entry requirements, and visa policies
.
Maintain detailed client records, including preferences, bookings, payments, and feedback.
Generate periodic reports and support management in improving service quality and competitiveness.
Qualifications
Experience:
2-4 years in tour planning/operations (domestic and/or international).
Education:
Graduate/Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of
Indian and global travel destinations, air routes, accommodations, and logistics
.
Familiarity with visa processes, foreign exchange, and international travel insurance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel management tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
