Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Tour Sales Executive
to handle domestic and international travel sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling holiday packages, preparing itineraries, coordinating with hotels and vendors, and ensuring excellent client service from inquiry to tour completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages as per client requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and other vendors to obtain competitive rates.
Manage quotations, itineraries, and confirmations in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with clients for payments, documents, and post-trip feedback.
Maintain relationships with repeat and corporate clients for future business opportunities.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
Proven experience in travel/tour operations or sales (domestic and/or international).
Strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel routes, and hotel categories.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
