About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Tour Packages Sales Executive
to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and customizing domestic and international tour packages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and corporate clients.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements.
Prepare customized tour quotations based on client preferences and budget.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with travel suppliers, hotels, transport operators, and other partners to ensure smooth execution of tour packages.
Update and maintain client records, bookings, and payment details in CRM systems.
Stay up to date with new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers.
Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Handle after-sales service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in travel and tourism sales.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for travel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
