We are looking for travel sales executive fresher or experience .

Duties



Customer Assistance

: Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding travel plans, destinations, accommodations, and transportation options and converting them into revenue & Outstanding balance follow-up.

Itinerary Planning

: Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and requirements.

Cordination

: Coordination with vendors to obtain best deal for client.

Sales and Promotions

: Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to customers to increase sales and meet targets.

Problem Resolution

: Resolve customer complaints, issues, and emergencies related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes.

Research and Knowledge

: Stay updated on travel industry Price trends, destinations, regulations, and requirements to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Administrative Tasks

: Handle administrative duties such as processing payments, maintaining records, and generating reports related to bookings and sales.

Customer Service Skills

: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process and beyond.

Sales Skills

: Proficiency in sales techniques to promote travel packages, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets.

Attention to Detail

: Keen attention to detail when processing bookings, managing itineraries, and ensuring accuracy in travel documents and arrangements.

Computer Skills

: Proficiency in using booking systems, online travel platforms, and office software for reservation management, communication, and documentation.

Excellent Communication Skills

: Clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information and solutions. Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Negotiation Skills

: Ability to negotiate with travel suppliers, hotels, and airlines to secure favorable terms, rates, and packages for clients.

Adaptability

: Flexibility to adapt to changing travel trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations to meet evolving client needs effectively.

Salary, incentive and benefits



Salary : Variable Commission pay-out system can earn between (Rs. 15,000/- to 22,000/-) per month as per skill and performance

Office working detail



Work from Home 6 Days a week with 1 week off 9 am to 6 pm - 9 hrs a day
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission pay as per performance Archived : its a variable pay-out system. The amount of monthly pay-out depends on factors such as bookings done for holiday packages, the total value of these bookings, customer - focussed parameters and adherence to processes. Apart from this, we regularly run incentive campaigns to enhance the overall benefits for you.
