Sales Executive
to join our dynamic travel team. Your main responsibility will be to
promote and sell holiday tour packages across Globe
, understand client preferences, and deliver customized itineraries to ensure an exceptional travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell customized and pre-designed
Domestic & International Holiday Packages across Globe
(e.g. Domestic destinations/Short & Long Haul etc.).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Understand client travel needs and provide tailored solutions and quotations.
Convert leads into bookings by explaining package details, prices, and inclusions.
Coordinate with operations, transport, and hotel teams for smooth execution of bookings.
Follow up with leads, maintain a database of clients, and nurture long-term relationships.
Upsell additional travel services like insurance, transport upgrades, activities, etc.
Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, or changes to itinerary professionally and timely.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
tour package sales
or a related travel sales role.
Knowledge of major tourist destinations and local travel logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
A passion for travel and customer service.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
