Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced

Tour Package Head

to lead our domestic and international tour operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tour package creation, costing, vendor management, team leadership, and ensuring profitable and high-quality tour products.

Key Responsibilities:

Head the tour package department (Domestic & International) Design, price, and manage tour packages and itineraries Handle vendor negotiations (hotels, transporters, DMCs) Ensure accurate costing, margins, and profitability Lead and guide tour executives and operations team Coordinate with sales, visa, and ticketing teams Monitor bookings, customer feedback, and market trends Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure service quality Prepare reports and performance updates for management

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in tour package management Strong destination knowledge (Domestic & International) Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and travel software
