About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Tourist Package Expert

to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, promoting, and managing customized domestic and international travel packages for our clients.

You will help travelers plan memorable vacations by offering expert advice, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.

Package Design:

Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.

Booking & Coordination:

Handle bookings for air tickets, hotels, visas, transportation, and travel insurance.

Sales & Promotion:

Promote holiday packages and travel offers through calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Customer Support:

Provide detailed pre-travel guidance and 24/7 assistance to clients during their trips if needed.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.

Documentation & Payments:

Prepare invoices, handle payments, and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on new destinations, tourism trends, and travel regulations.

Problem Solving:

Handle any travel-related issues, rescheduling, or emergencies promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business

, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in travel agency, tour operations, or holiday package sales. Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently. Proficiency in travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) and MS Office.
