Key Responsibilities:
Design, customize, and sell domestic and international tour packages
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Prepare detailed itineraries as per client requirements
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and vendors
Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective packages
Handle bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and documentation
Provide pre- and post-travel support to customers
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification (Travel & Tourism preferred)
1-3 years of experience in tour package handling (freshers may apply)
Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations independently
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
