Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Tour Package Executive

to handle domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing tour itineraries, coordinating with vendors, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, customize, and sell domestic & international tour packages Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and cost breakdowns Coordinate with hotels, transporters, airlines, and other vendors Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing Confirm bookings and ensure timely delivery of travel documents Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business Resolve customer issues during pre- and post-travel stages Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or any discipline 1-3 years of experience in tour package handling (preferred) Knowledge of domestic and international destinations Strong communication and customer-handling skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience in FIT, GIT, honeymoon, and corporate tour planning Knowledge of hotel contracting and rate negotiations Familiarity with travel portals and booking systems
