Job Summary:
The Tour Package Executive will be responsible for creating, costing, and coordinating tour packages while ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Tour Package Planning & Coordination-
Design domestic and international tour packages as per customer requirements
Prepare detailed itineraries including hotels, sightseeing, transport, and meals
Calculate tour costing and prepare quotations
Vendor & Booking Management-
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, airlines, and other service providers
Make reservations and confirm bookings within deadlines
Ensure accurate documentation such as vouchers, itineraries, and invoices
Customer Handling-
Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences and budgets
Provide complete tour information and resolve client queries
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally
Operations & Support-
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth tour execution
Assist during tour operations and handle issues if required
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and supplier details
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
1-3 years of experience in tour package handling
Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of tour costing and travel documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems
