Role Overview:-

The Tour Package Executive will be responsible for designing, planning, selling and managing domestic and international tour packages. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer handling, itinerary creation and travel coordination skills to deliver a smooth travel experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

Plan, design & customize

domestic and international tour packages

as per client requirements. Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp and office walk-ins. Create

itineraries, quotes, package costing, and travel proposals

. Coordinate with hotels, vendors, DMCs, transport providers and service partners. Book

hotels, sightseeing, activities, transport and travel insurance

as needed. Provide customers with information on

destinations, visas, travel documents & travel guidelines

. Manage leads, follow-ups, booking confirmations and payment schedules. Maintain proper update of all bookings in company CRM/records. Ensure excellent customer service before, during and after travel. Work with the ticketing team when client needs

flight/train booking

support. Identify and promote sales of special packages, festive deals & travel offers. Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints professionally. Report sales, collection status and booking summary to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management or Equivalent. Experience in travel sales or package operations preferred (

1-3 years

). Knowledge of major destinations (India & International markets). Proficiency in

MS Office, Email & WhatsApp communication

. Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali). Customer service-oriented with negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
