Job Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and sell domestic and international tour packages as per customer requirements Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms Customize tour itineraries including hotels, sightseeing, transport, meals, and activities Coordinate with hotels, transporters, vendors, and DMCs for best rates and availability Prepare detailed quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into bookings Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, and travel documentation Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details in CRM/Excel Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tour package sales/operations Knowledge of domestic and international destinations Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and email communication Customer-focused approach with sales orientation

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in travel agency or tour operations company Good destination knowledge and vendor coordination skills Immediate joiners will be preferred
