Tour Package Executive

who can deliver excellence to our customers.

Role Overview:-

As a

Tour Package Executive

, you will be responsible for designing, pricing, and managing customized domestic and international travel packages. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences from inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and create customized

domestic and international tour packages

based on client requirements. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally and promptly. Coordinate with

hotels, transport vendors, DMCs, and other suppliers

for bookings and quotations. Prepare detailed

itineraries, costing, and quotations

for clients. Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed bookings. Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and pricing changes. Collaborate with the

Sales & Operations

team to ensure smooth execution of tour plans.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.

1-3 years of experience

in handling

domestic or international tour packages

. Strong destination knowledge (popular international destinations preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and basic CRM tools. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask.
