Job Description

A tour package coordinator's responsibilities include:

Planning itineraries

: Create itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of clients, including selecting destinations, booking accommodations, and arranging transportation

Managing client relationships

: Understand clients' travel needs and preferences, and provide information about destinations

Working with vendors

: Collaborate with vendors like hotels, airlines, and transportation providers to secure services for the trip

Handling logistics

: Ensure travel logistics are handled with attention to detail

Managing issues

: Handle issues and emergencies that arise during tours

Maintaining records

: Keep accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and sales activities

Promoting tours

: Promote tours and create packages with marketing teams

Supporting staff

: Provide support to tour guides and staff, including training and supervision

Conducting evaluations

: Conduct post-tour evaluations and analyses, and report the results

Ensuring compliance

: Ensure compliance with travel and safety regulations
Tour package coordinators should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a flexible approach to work%%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
