, you will be responsible for, managing, and promoting holiday packages for the company. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, create customized travel itineraries, and ensure all logistics are seamless and in line with company offerings.
Responsibilities
Handling Domestic & International holiday packages.
Handling inbound calls & outgoing convert them into a sales call.
Ensure all bookings and arrangements are confirmed in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all holiday package bookings, payments, and customer preferences.
Taking care of all the travel related queries of Clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in travel planning, holiday package management, or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of top travel destinations.
Ability to multitask and manage various holiday packages simultaneously.
