Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients.
2. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on domestic and international destinations, attractions, costs, and travel guidelines.
Explain tour inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and policies clearly to customers.
Suggest add-ons such as hotels, activities, transfers, and insurance.
3. Booking & Coordination
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for reservations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and confirmations.
Ensure accurate documentation for visas, insurance, and travel requirements.
Handle amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
4. Customer Service
Provide pre-departure assistance and support throughout the customer journey.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
5. Reporting & Administration
Maintain records of bookings, leads, and conversions.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and travel fairs when required.
