Roles & Responsibilities

Handle Domestic Holidays with solid experience in the travel domain. Possess strong destination knowledge for both Domestic and International sectors. Prepare accurate tour costing and design customized/tailor-made itineraries as per client needs. Understand client requirements, propose suitable package options, and convert incoming leads into sales. Perform consistent follow-ups on leads and calls (target-based role). Must be a Graduate (Travel-related qualification preferred). Have good knowledge of product destinations including hotels, local transporters, sightseeing options, etc. Prior experience in Inbound and Outbound Tours is essential.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum qualification: Graduation. Strong listening abilities and quick problem-solving skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to achieve targets.
