Monitor tour execution and handle
on-tour issues or emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendors, and tour files.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address
post-tour feedback/complaints.
Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in
domestic tour operations.
Good knowledge of
Indian destinations, routes, and seasons.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and tour management systems.
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent Communication skills.
