Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic

Tour Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle domestic tour operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and accompany groups during tours when required. This role requires excellent communication skills, on-ground coordination ability, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute

domestic travel itineraries

Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, and sightseeing Travel with groups to ensure smooth on-ground operations Provide assistance and guidance to travellers during tours Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Prepare tour reports and maintain booking records Communicate with vendors and service providers for logistics

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in

Hindi and English

Willingness to

travel frequently with groups

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time and handle unexpected situations Basic knowledge of travel industry preferred (not mandatory) Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in travel/tour operations (freshers can also apply) Knowledge of domestic tourist destinations (bonus point)
