Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and preferences, and designing customized tour packages accordingly. This involves selecting suitable destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create appealing itineraries.
Supplier Management:
Identifying and establishing partnerships with suppliers, such as hotels, transportation providers, local guides, and activity providers. Negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring high-quality services and competitive pricing from suppliers.
Itinerary Execution:
Coordinating and overseeing the execution of tour itineraries, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. This includes managing transportation logistics, coordinating accommodation check-ins and check-outs, organizing sightseeing activities, and addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service throughout the tour experience. Responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
Team Coordination:
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tour operations. Sharing relevant information, providing operational support, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
As an operations executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and successful execution of tour operations, delivering exceptional experiences to clients while maintaining high operational standards and efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree preferable in tourism
Prior experience as a Tour Operation Manager in international holidays agency
Basic computer skills and software like MS Office & Excel.
Preferred candidates should be from tours & travels industry.
Excellent communication skills.
