Tour Operation Head

who is proficient in

Vietnamese, Malayalam, and other South Indian languages

. The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing international and domestic tour packages, with a special focus on Vietnam and South India market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Package Development & Management

Design and develop international & domestic tour packages, especially for

Vietnam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

. Customize itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel style. Maintain updated knowledge of tourism trends, destination insights, visa rules, and airline policies.

2. Client Handling & Communication

Interact with clients from Vietnam and South India using

Vietnamese, Malayalam, or applicable regional languages

. Provide end-to-end consultation on destinations, hotels, flights, sightseeing, travel documents, and pricing. Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closure of bookings.

3. Vendor Management

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and local partners in Vietnam and South India. Negotiate best rates and maintain strong supplier relations. Ensure smooth ground operations and timely delivery of services.

4. Team Leadership

Lead the tour package team and ensure high-quality service delivery. Train junior executives in package building, sales techniques, and destination knowledge. Monitor team targets, productivity, and customer service standards.

5. Operations & Documentation

Oversee booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents. Handle cancellations, amendments, refunds, and customer complaints professionally. Ensure all operations follow company policies and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years experience

in tour packages, travel operations, or international tourism.

Mandatory knowledge of Vietnamese, Malayalam, and at least one South Indian language.

Strong destination knowledge (Vietnam + South India tourism circuits). Good communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online travel portals. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage team operations.
