The Tour Operations Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing travel and tour arrangements efficiently. The role involves handling end-to-end operations including itinerary preparation, bookings, vendor coordination, client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of tours and travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of tours and travel itineraries.
Handle bookings for hotels, transport, guides, and other ground services.
Liaise with travel partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality service and timely confirmations.
Maintain updated records of client bookings, vouchers, and invoices.
Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, logistics, and service updates.
Monitor tour progress to ensure client satisfaction and address issues promptly.
Work closely with the sales team to support pre-tour arrangements and post-tour feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and travel regulations.
Assist in preparing reports, costing sheets, and other operational documentation.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel booking tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in tour operations or travel management.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, itineraries, and suppliers.
Experience in handling FITs, groups, and corporate clients (preferred).
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional fieldwork or travel for tours, inspections, or meetings.
Flexible to work extended hours during peak season.
