Job Title: Tour Executive : We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Tour Executives to join our dynamic team at Fly Creative. The ideal candidates will have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in managing travel itineraries and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and organize personalized travel itineraries and tour packages for clients. - Provide clients with detailed information about destinations, tour options, and travel arrangements. - Handle client inquiries, resolve travel issues, and provide exceptional customer support. - Coordinate with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies, to ensure smooth execution of tour packages. - Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and confirmed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, popular destinations, and travel regulations. - Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas, passports, and travel insurance. - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tour packages and travel services. - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, personalized travel experiences. - Prepare detailed travel itineraries, invoices, and travel documents for clients. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as a Tour Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry. - In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations, and travel industry practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple travel arrangements simultaneously. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach to travel planning. - Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software. - Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the travel industry.
