Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile

Tour Manager

who can handle both

back-end travel operations

and

on-ground tour management

. This dual role requires someone with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and support groups while representing Saphar Travels with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key ResponsibilitiesBack-End Responsibilities (Office-Based)

Plan and coordinate tour itineraries, bookings, and vendor communications. Prepare travel documents including tickets, hotel vouchers, and travel insurance. Coordinate with suppliers for hotels, transport, sightseeing, and local guides. Manage pre-tour checklists, tour budgets, client queries, and special requests. Maintain databases of clients, bookings, and vendor contacts. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and assist in travel documentation. Provide support for digital marketing activities (tour promotions, content inputs, etc.).

On-Tour Responsibilities (Travel-Based)

Lead and manage tour groups during travel (domestic and international). Ensure smooth execution of itinerary and provide on-the-go solutions for any issues. Be the point of contact between clients and service providers during the tour. Handle client concerns, emergencies, or changes in plans proactively. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Collect feedback, photos, and testimonials from customers during/after the tour. Maintain tour records and prepare post-tour reports.
