Job Description

Position 1: Assistant Manager - Tours (Ladies-Only Tour Operations)

Position 2: Assistant Manager - Tours (FIT Operations)



Gender Preference:

Male or Female

Salary Range : 30,000 to 35,000

Role Objective:


To independently manage and coordinate all aspects of women-exclusive tour packages, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and satisfaction for female travellers.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and curate tour itineraries tailored for women travellers. Manage end-to-end tour operations including vendor coordination, bookings, and logistics. Act as a point of contact for all ladies-only tours. Ensure high standards of customer experience and safety. Handle pre-tour briefings, documentation, and follow-ups. Address and resolve customer queries or grievances promptly. Work closely with marketing to promote ladies-only packages.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tours and travel operations. Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience managing women-focused tours will be an advantage. Willingness to travel if required.

Position 2: Assistant Manager - Tours (FIT Operations)

Role Objective:


To manage FIT (Free Independent Traveller) tour operations, creating customized travel experiences as per client needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end FIT inquiries and bookings (individual travellers, families, or small groups). Create personalised itineraries based on client preferences and budget. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport, and guides. Ensure seamless execution of all services booked. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details. Ensure client satisfaction and manage feedback. Support the sales and business development team with creative travel solutions.

Key Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in FIT operations or similar profile. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, pricing, and customization. Proficiency in itinerary building and travel CRM tools. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.

General Skills Required for Both Roles:



Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or relevant field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism, responsibility, and ownership. Fluent in English and regional language(s).
