Job Opening: Tour Manager (Educational Tours - School & College)

Experience Required:

1 to 3 Years

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Preference for Tourism, Travel Management, or Hospitality).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate educational tours, excursions, and industrial visits. Prepare itineraries and manage travel, accommodation, and logistics. Ensure student safety, discipline, and supervision during tours. Handle documentation, approvals, budgets, and expense records. Coordinate with staff, parents, travel vendors, and authorities. Address emergencies and ensure a safe, educational tour experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

1-3 years of experience in managing educational tours, student groups, or travel coordination (preferred). Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency handling is an advantage. Good knowledge of tourist destinations, travel logistics, and safety protocols. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently and manage groups of students responsibly.
