Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Promote tour packages, hotels,. Prepare customized itineraries based on client requirements Achieve sales targets and maintain conversion ratios Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts Upsell and cross-sell travel products

Operations Responsibilities

Confirm bookings for hotels, transport, and sightseeing Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and ground operators Issue vouchers, invoices, and travel documents Monitor travel schedules and manage last-minute changes Resolve customer issues during and after travel Maintain accurate booking records and MIS reports
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of travel destinations, airline fares, and tour operations Ability to multitask and work under pressure Customer-oriented approach Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications

Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or operations Knowledge of domestic travel procedures.
