About the Role:


We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as

Tour Executives

. In this role, you will be responsible for handling

inbound or outbound domestic tour operations

, helping clients explore and enjoy various destinations across India. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and hospitality to grow within the tourism industry.

1+ years of Experience in Travel and Tourism Industry is mandatory for this role. People with outbound travel experience offering international tours are encouraged to apply



Job Responsibilities



Liaising with travel partners including hotels and houseboats to manage bookings and schedules for guest enquiries Promptly dealing with customer enquiries with an aim to meet and exceed their expectations Building professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Mentoring and coaching peer team members for collective performance improvement. Managing relationships with the Airlines /Foreign Agents /Hotels /Guides/ Transport partners and all stake holders for a tour package. Responsible for planning, organizing daily itinerary for the tours based on the guest requirements. Promoting and marketing the company in events and seminars. Preparing Status reports (Daily and weekly) to update senior management. Following up with customers during the tour and collecting their feedback about the experience.

Desired Candidate Profile



Excellent command of spoken and written English Graduate with basic awareness about tourism/ hospitality industry Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook and power point Commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction Proactive, self-Starter and Team Player Able to manage multiple tasks with deftness and attention to deadlines Effective Time Management skills Display efficient organizational skills Establish and Maintain strong Interpersonal Relationships Must have both the operation skills and technical knowledge to make customer pitches in a honest and ethical way.
*People with 1-3+ Years of experience handling package Enquiries in a leading travel firm can also apply and will be considered for senior roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
